Accessibility Statement
Last reviewed: August 19, 2026
Trunnion AI, LLC is working to make Trunnion.ai usable by people with disabilities. Our target for the public marketing website is WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
Ownership and service levels
This statement and its remediation queue are owned by the Chief Technology Officer, web delivery. Confirmed critical barriers, meaning a barrier that blocks a core task such as contacting us, reading a policy, or operating navigation, are remediated within ten business days. Other confirmed barriers are remediated in the next release cycle. Automated accessibility checks run as a blocking step in our build pipeline, so a release that fails them does not ship.
Measures and testing
The site uses semantic landmarks, keyboard-operable navigation and dialogs, visible focus states, text alternatives, responsive reflow, reduced-motion support, form labels, programmatic error messages, and automated accessibility checks against WCAG 2.2 AA rules at desktop and mobile viewports. Representative pages are reviewed with keyboard navigation and automated rules before release.
Known limitations
Automated testing cannot identify every barrier and does not establish legal conformance. Product illustrations are representative demonstrations, not interactive product controls. Manual assistive-technology testing and periodic user testing remain ongoing operational responsibilities.
Feedback and accommodation
If a page or function is difficult to use, email contact@viceroynm.com with the page URL, barrier, browser or assistive technology if you wish, and the format or accommodation needed. We aim to acknowledge requests within two business days and provide a substantive response or alternate access as promptly as reasonably possible.
