These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Trunnion AI website at https://www.trunnion.ai (the "Site"). Trunnion AI is a Viceroy NM company. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you can form a binding agreement with Trunnion AI and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

About this site

The Site is an informational and marketing resource for the Trunnion AI platform and product portfolio. It describes our products, the industries we serve, and how we deploy governed multi-agent AI. Content on the Site is provided for general information.

Products and pricing

Access to Trunnion AI products and custom builds is provided under separate written agreements. Any product descriptions, features, availability, and pricing shown on the Site are for information only, may change without notice, and do not form part of a contract. Pricing is scoped by product, deployment environment, and implementation depth, and a quote is provided through a separate engagement.

No warranty

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that the information on it is complete, accurate, or current.

The Trunnion AI name and marks are the property of Trunnion AI. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse Site content without our prior written permission, except as allowed by law.
