Website Terms of Use

Effective and last updated: August 19, 2026

These terms govern the public website at https://www.trunnion.ai, operated by Trunnion AI, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Duskbridge. By using the website, you agree to these terms. A Trunnion subscription, evaluation, deployment, support engagement, professional service, or government engagement is governed only by its applicable signed agreement; these website terms do not create a software license, trial, price, security commitment, compliance commitment, authorization, or service level.

Permitted use

You may use the site for lawful professional evaluation and informational purposes. You may not interfere with the site, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, materially degrade service through automated access, misrepresent affiliation, violate another person's rights, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

Product, AI, security, and government boundaries

Website descriptions explain potential, designed, or configurable capabilities. Availability, models, providers, data flows, implementation timing, controls, classifications, hosting, personnel, assessment status, and support vary by release, configuration, customer environment, written scope, and authorizing official. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, non-unique, or unsuitable. No website statement is an offer, guarantee, legal advice, accreditation decision, Authority to Operate, FedRAMP authorization, CMMC certification, security clearance, export authorization, procurement representation, or substitute for qualified review. Use of AI capabilities described on this site or delivered through Trunnion products is further governed by the AI Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

Commercial terms

Only a current signed agreement, order form, statement of work, or government contract establishes evaluation access, price, billing, renewal, taxes, termination, refund terms, usage limits, seats, service levels, included features, data handling, security controls, records, audit rights, or acceptance criteria. The public site does not publish fixed terms as a binding offer.

Restricted submissions

Do not submit classified information, CUI, export-controlled data, procurement-sensitive material, source-selection information, security credentials, incident evidence, customer tenant data, regulated records, or other confidential or sensitive material through public website forms. A public form is not an approved government or restricted-data channel. Obtain a written approved channel before sharing such data.

Intellectual property

The site and its original text, design, software, graphics, and Trunnion AI marks are owned by Trunnion AI, LLC or used with permission. Limited quotation with attribution and ordinary linking are permitted; other reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation requires written permission.

Feedback and submissions

If you voluntarily provide nonconfidential feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation while retaining ownership of your underlying intellectual property. Do not send material that you lack authority to disclose.

Third-party services

The site may link to government, standards, product, or other third-party sites. We do not control their content, availability, accessibility, security, terms, or privacy practices. Links and descriptive comparisons do not imply affiliation or endorsement. Regulatory and technical information must be verified at the current authoritative source.

Disclaimers and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the public site is provided "as is" and "as available," without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Trunnion AI, LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential loss arising solely from use of this public informational site. Nothing excludes liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date. Questions or legal notices may be sent to contact@viceroynm.com or mailed to Trunnion AI, LLC, 8100 Wyoming Blvd NE, Ste M4-301, Albuquerque, NM 87113, United States.
