Privacy Notice
Effective and last updated: August 28, 2026
Trunnion AI, LLC ("Trunnion AI," "we," or "us"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Duskbridge, operates the Trunnion AI marketing website at https://www.trunnion.ai. This notice covers information collected through this public website, its contact and privacy-request forms, and optional analytics. Customer tenant, mission, prompt, uploaded-content, generated-output, model, audit, identity, billing, and deployment data processed through a contracted Trunnion product are governed by the applicable signed agreement, our Data Processing Addendum, and product documentation, not this website notice.
Information we collect
- Information you provide: name, work email, optional phone and organization, request type, area of interest, message, and privacy-request details.
- Device and request information: IP address, browser or user-agent, source page, and campaign parameters used for security, abuse prevention, and request routing.
- Preference information: selected privacy categories, notice version, choice time, and whether Global Privacy Control was detected; this record stays in your browser.
- Optional usage information: site visits and interactions measured by Google Analytics and Trunnion analytics only after analytics consent. No advertising technology is configured on this property.
Do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, classified information, CUI, export-controlled data, procurement-sensitive information, customer tenant data, health data, or other confidential or sensitive information through a public website form.
Trunnion AI does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through this public website. Sensitive information received unsolicited through a public form is isolated from ordinary lead use and deleted as soon as reasonably practicable unless preservation is required for security, legal, or incident-response purposes. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or model training.
Sources and purposes
We collect information from you, your browser or device, and the campaign link that brought you here. We use it to respond to requests, provide requested information, secure and operate the site, prevent abuse, maintain required records, honor privacy choices and legal rights, and, with consent, measure site use. No advertising technology is configured. Website-form information is not used to make employment, credit, housing, insurance, health, legal, government-benefit, procurement-award, security-clearance, or other consequential automated decisions.
AI and model training
We do not use information submitted through this website's forms to train or fine-tune any artificial intelligence model. For contracted Trunnion products, customer tenant data, prompts, uploaded content, and generated outputs are not used to train or fine-tune models, whether ours or a third party's, unless the customer's written agreement expressly provides otherwise. The models, providers, data flows, and contractual controls that apply to a specific deployment are documented in the applicable agreement and our Data Processing Addendum; see also the AI Transparency Notice.
Disclosures and service providers
We disclose information as needed to hosting and infrastructure providers, our managed PostgreSQL database, configured email-delivery providers, and our private tenant-scoped Trunnion lead registry for a reporting copy of submitted contact requests, as well as professional advisers and authorities when legally required. That submitted-contact copy is operational processing and does not depend on optional analytics consent. With analytics consent, website usage information may also be sent to Google Analytics or Trunnion analytics. A current list of the providers that process personal information for this website, the service each performs, the data categories involved, and processing locations is published at Subprocessors and service providers. A business transaction may involve disclosure subject to appropriate confidentiality and notice obligations.
Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising
We do not sell personal information for money, and no advertising technology is configured on this property. Browser-detected Global Privacy Control keeps optional analytics off on that device. Before any future technology that a law may treat as sale, sharing, or targeted advertising is enabled, this notice and the preference manager must be updated and the applicable choice honored.
Retention
- Contact and evaluation requests: up to 365 days after submission, unless an active relationship, dispute, legal hold, security need, or legal obligation requires longer.
- Privacy-request records: up to 36 months to document receipt, verification, response, and compliance.
- Browser consent record: until browser storage is cleared, the notice version is replaced, or the choice is changed.
- Infrastructure and security logs: kept for a limited period, no more than 90 days, unless an active investigation, security incident, or legal obligation requires longer.
- Backups: deleted records may persist in encrypted backups for a limited period, no more than 35 days, before automatic expiry. Backups are not restored to production except for disaster recovery, and honored deletion requests are re-applied to any restored data.
- Optional provider data: according to approved provider configuration and the shortest period reasonably consistent with the stated purpose, security, and legal obligations.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, consent withdrawal, opt-out, or an appeal, and may use an authorized agent. Submit through Your Privacy Choices or email contact@viceroynm.com. We verify requests proportionately, generally using the email supplied, and do not ask for a password. We do not discriminate for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Children and international visitors
This business-to-business site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through it. The site is operated from the United States, and information may be processed where contracted providers operate. Contact us before submitting information if your law requires a specific transfer safeguard.
